These terms govern your use of HomeOS, a home maintenance tracking and local service-provider matching platform for homeowners in Sheridan, Wyoming. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
HomeOS tracks the maintenance needs of the systems in your home and connects you with local service providers to carry out that work. HomeOS does not itself perform home repairs or maintenance — providers matched through HomeOS are independent businesses, not HomeOS employees or contractors, and are responsible for the quality and safety of their own work.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate, including details about your property that affect the maintenance schedule and work providers perform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Subscription and billing
The HomeOS membership is billed monthly. You can cancel or pause anytime from your account — there's no contract and no cancellation fee. If we change the price of your plan, we'll notify you before the change takes effect.
Limitation of liability
HomeOS facilitates the connection between you and service providers but is not a party to the work performed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeOS is not liable for the acts, omissions, or work quality of any provider matched through the platform.
Termination
You may stop using HomeOS at any time by canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
