HomeOS ("we," "us") provides a home maintenance tracking and local service-provider matching platform for homeowners in Sheridan, Wyoming. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and, optionally, your name and phone number.
- Property information: your address and details about your home's systems (roof, HVAC, water heater, and similar) that you provide during setup.
- Service request details: what you request, scheduling information, and communications with providers.
- Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles that directly.
How we use it
We use your information to run the service you signed up for: tracking your home's maintenance schedule, matching you with local providers, processing your subscription, and sending you account and service-related emails. We do not sell your information to advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum information necessary with: local service providers you're matched with (so they can do the work you've requested), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (sending you account and sign-in emails), and our hosting provider (running the application itself). We don't share your information with anyone else without your consent, except where required by law.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account information, or ask us to delete your data entirely, by contacting us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
